7-day returns
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs. This does not affect your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
Items we cannot accept for return
- Paddles or rackets that have been used in play, unless faulty
- Opened pickleballs, shuttlecocks and overgrips, unless faulty
- Items damaged through misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear
- Items bought on final sale or specially ordered for you
How to return an item
- Contact TGST TRADING on +65 9800 7188 or tgstrading333@outlook.com with your order reference, the item and the reason for return.
- We confirm your return and explain how to send or drop off the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we let you know whether the return is approved.
For change-of-mind returns, return delivery is at your own cost and the original delivery fee is not refunded.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
If you would like a different model or line, we can exchange eligible items subject to stock. Any price difference will be charged or refunded.
Warranty
TGST house-brand paddles carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects such as core delamination under normal use. The warranty does not cover edge or surface damage from impacts with the court, walls or other paddles.
