2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, in which case any payment made is refunded in full.

All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is by PayNow, bank transfer or card as offered at checkout. Orders are dispatched once payment is received.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Singapore as described in our Shipping Information. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.
6. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Illustrations and images are for guidance; colours and finishes may vary slightly. Specifications such as weight fall within the stated range.
7. Use of our products
Sports and fitness equipment should be used as intended and with appropriate care. Consult a medical professional before starting a new training or recovery programme.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the affected goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual property
The TGST name, logo, product names (including APEX, VELOCITY, STRIKE, ORIGIN and TOUR) and website content belong to TGST TRADING and may not be used without permission.
10. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
